I'm writing a book!
When I was little, I wanted to be like Joke van Leeuwen: a Dutch writer who illustrates her own books. That dream continued to tickle me until it came true: I have written a book!
Or more specifically: I am writing a book. Because it’s far from done yet.
It is a historical middle grade novel (10+) with a pinch of fantasy, inspired by the short story ‘The fisherman and his soul’ by Oscar Wilde.
